To-gether / Family Re-unification
MOAS x Studio Treble
Commissioned for Refugee Week 2022, To-gether was created to raise brand awareness for the humanitarian charity MOAS and their campaign for family reunification. Invited by Studio Treble as one of the participating artists, my challenge was to spotlight MOAS’s mission for safe and legal routes while making a dense and often politically distant subject accessible, human, and relatable. The poster uses the metaphor of a single A4 sheet of paper — first fragmented, then carefully bound back into a renewed whole. This simple but powerful visual narrative symbolised the journey from separation to reunion, highlighting the truth that family and friends belong, to be loved, to-gether.
Set in Neue Haas Unica, chosen for its warmth and clarity, the design was extended into an animated version and sticker packs to broaden the campaign’s reach. By making a complex subject easier to engage with, To-gether helped MOAS connect with audiences beyond traditional news or politics. It invited reflection through lightness rather than weight, demonstrating how design can bridge the gap between the closeness of our everyday lives and the distance of global humanitarian issues — bringing visibility to one of the organisation’s core missions.

Personal Insight
“The process of reflecting, distilling, and self-expressing through such heavy topics is a cathartic one for me. Whether or not it’s something I face personally, I often find myself channelling inner emotions into the work — finding comfort and hope in having an impact on issues that matter.”
